An older lady who appeared to be the manager handled my bread without gloves on, then once cut through the bread put gloves on... and made the sandwich. I paid for it, and threw it out as soon as I got home. Disgusting. Read more
I wanted a Philly cheese on flatbread. The server said no philly steak it's frozen in the box. I said how long has it been... frozen. I was told for 2 days I can show it to you. I said no that's ok. I ended up getting a ham/cheese on Italian bread withmayo. I was so disappointed. I won't go back to that Subway again. Read more

Come in the evening 1-2 hours before close and count on having one of the worst customer service experiences you've had in life.... I've experienced this on numerous occasions and I extended some long suffering, but today was the straw the broke the camel'sback. 1 hour before close-no staff ins ight until a couple minutes after a loud HELLO....and the young lady that came out actedas if it was a problem that I came to place an order. No bread left and she had put the meatballs up which is what I came topurchase. Everything was covered to give the illusion that they were closed. Read more
