How hard is it for people to do their job? I order mashed potatoes from them every single time it?s either forgotten or they... give me Mac and cheese. Dinner crew is the worst. They take forever, make you park, forget your stuff (sides, sandwiches, drinks etc), make you pull... around to oark and sit for 15 mins to give you cold food that is missing half the order. Chicken was COLD and you could tell wasold. Read more

This location never gives anything but problems. Employees are rude, slow and picking up any DoorDash/Uber Eats orders is... nothing but a hassle. Food is almost always cold or missing items. Had an employee blatantly ignore the order station for over30 minutes with 10+ cars in the drive through. If you want Popeyes take the time and drive to the Midway location, service thereis 100x better. Read more
Learned that Popeyes chicken is much better warm not right after it is ordered especially if it was just pulled out of fryer. I... usually eat it but took it home this time. Usually when I eat there the grease seems to be much more noticeable. When I had itthis time I had about a 25 min ride home. When I ate it this time it was warm , not hot, and the grease seemed like it was gone.I will no longer eat Popeyes in. I will take it home . Read more
