Friendly place. Issues with combining 2/$5 offers, I think I was overcharged but it wasn't worth arguing over. Clean place,... clean toilets, good selection. I'd stop again, but I'd check my receipt before paying it. Read more
Small lot, many reserved spaces, kinda dirty with lots of tires all over, unorganized parking , lots of pick ups and dropped... unatended trailers , looks more like a local people truck parking lot not local residents take most of the spots not leavingmuch spaces for the travelers and people that need overnight parking. Pilot need to take some action about it. Staff is reallynice, showers are small, old style but continuously hot water so.. good showers. Read more
Great staff, always attentive and focused, super friendly. Always clean, and you get taken care of pretty quickly. Only downside... is, it seems the in-store McDonald's has staffing issues because they close a lot of overnights because no one shows up to work,not because they choose to close, at least according to the Pilot staff. Other than that it's great, just keep an eye out forthe occasional lot lizard or homeless guy wandering about. There are also large Red-Headed Agama lizards in the parking lot, somake sure you don't get one in your truck. Read more
These folks are awesome and keeps their bathrooms (men's precisely) clean and more than many stops I've used as a OTR Driver,... free of odor and well organized. Nice Pilot employee But TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE to have a McDonald's inside of Pilot that doesn't use Pilot points or have a clue... about the McDonald's app...did I just travel back in time 30 years? Also all torn up with construction..AVOID THIS ONE Read more
IF A RESTSTOP/FUELING STATION ever deserved five stars, it would be this one between Florida?s Turnpike and Interstate 95; it?s... convenience shop was well stocked and its loos clean, if weathered. Good place. But no pit stop can ever be five stars. Read more
Pilot showers works, are clean and well maintained. Great water pressure! Provided Towels are good. Pilot have McDonalds with... interesting interior. Have polite staff. Soda machines out of order. Fast food Not recommended. Read more
