This was a random stop on my way from Orlando to Miami, it came up as a place that was highly rated at a centre point of the... journey. So the place itself, the staff were really friendly and helpful, considering it was my first time, that was great, thefood came to quickly in my opinion, this might sound like a stupid thing to say, but if it comes to quick, means it?s probablybeen sat there to long. It wasn?t hot, it was warm :( The Mac and cheese was really nice, the corn bread was a bit stodgy, butI think that?s probably normal. The meat was (and this is probably gonna confuse some people) it was to hammy, the pinkconsistency you get on ham, now I know it?s pork, but most ribs I?ve had before are more flacky and meaty, I know a far bitabout cooking and I would say this is probably because it?s been boiled at some point, not just slow cooked in the oven orgrill. It was still tasty, but considering the 4.6 from all those previous reviews I expected a bit more. Sorry. Read more

Tried Mission BBQ for the first time with a to go order and it was great, the food was fresh and delicious and the service was... courteous and very quick for a big order($150 for 6 people) they gave us plenty of bbq sauce to go and review the whole Orderbefore i left. Read more
Pulled pork sandwich was excellent, and big. Choose your sauce or sauces to your liking. I mix mine up. Got the corn on the cob... this time. Was kind of worried about it being soggy. But it isn?t. And I?ll get it again. I ate it as is, not adding butter orsalt. Really good. I also recommend the banana pudding. Very flavorful. You know you only live once. Indulge. Read more
This was our second visit and the food and service did NOT disappoint. The food is always cooked to perfection, the restaurant... is always clean and the service workers are always happy, helpful and knowledgeable about the items on their menu. WOW!!! First time here and I LOVE IT! From the warm welcome to the delicious pulled pork sandwich, the Amazing BBQ Sauces, to... the heartfelt ambiance, ending with a powerful purpose. I absolutely love this place. Sorry I didnt show u my dish prior, Ididn't think I would eat it all so I got it to go but it was so flavorful and tender I kept going. The workers are SuperHospitable, like they are actually happy to be there, it says a lot about the culture of the company. The food is The Bomb!!Their mission and how they started as a company speaks volumes. And when you look around the place it gives you like that homeyfeeling that pics of you're loved ones are on the walls. It?s a friendly and clean place with good BBQ. I jad the 5 bone platter with two sides. It?s about a half rack. Note from the... photos they didn?t give me the small end cuts like some other BBQ joints do. This was all meat. There are plenty of sauces tochoose on the table, but the dry rub has a pleasant flavor and the ribs don?t need sauce to get flavor. The ribs were tenderand fell off the bone. Fries are fresh here, never frozen. You can taste the difference. The baked beans and cornbread were alsogood. I won?t tell you that this is the best BBQ I?ve ever had. That would be my own and too many people overuse that phrasewhen reviewing a place like this. Let?s just say that friendly people here serve good food in a clean place.
