My fish was ice cold not even warm.... the fries was hot and the shrimp was suppose to be hot but wasn't. Now the cashier was... nice???? but is rather have a whole attitude and hot food, but that's just me. Read more
This place is trash. It took 18 minutes according to my receipt time to get our food. My friends fish tasted burned... (overcooked). My clams were not fresh out the grease, they were cold. Several of my pieces of shrimp were so hard I couldn't eatthem. The service was just as bad. Nobody greeted me or my friend. Just left us standing at the counter long enough for myfriend to walk to the restroom, use the restroom, flush, pull clothes back on, & wash hands before taking my order. ???? $25and neither of us was satisfied or pleased. Food was not fresh. Fish chicken and shrimp were very hard and crunchy was not hot or fresh at all. parking lot was severely... flooded. A boat was needed to get through 90% of the parking lot. The employees don't let you know about the specials. I noticedafter I ordered and paid that I could of gotten a lot more food for less money if I would of asked for the specials. Read more
We stopped here on our way home from a football game and we were thoroughly disappointed! The drive through line closed about 3... cars ahead of us and we had to go in. As we walked in, they were putting up "no fish" signs on the door. The Long John Silversportion of the restaurant had a very few select items, all of which seemed to include fish. We ordered 4 famous bowls, two ofthem custom without cheese and gravy. Those were not made correctly. The entire time we waited, we watched the employees moveslower than molasses. Our food was nearly cold by the time we received it. We will not stop here again; very poor quality offood and staffing choice! Read more

Gross!! The fried shrimp were like rocks and smelled like they were cooked in very old, over-used oil. The fish, fries &... hushpuppies were also hard, cold & awful. We went at 715pm and the place was not busy. The contents looked like they had beentossed into the box and tumbled around. Then the box was handed to us sideways. Really? We will never return.
