Quite possibly the worst KFC I?ve been to. I gave them 3 visits before posting this review. The food was great but the service... was absolutely horrible. 1st visit was about a 10 minute wait for food that was already prepared sitting in the trays as Ilistened to an.employee on her phone complaining about a manager that was late or didn?t come in 2nd visit I ordered 2 meals togo. One of which never made it into the bag somehow after I watched her make it. I didn?t see this until 2 in the morning when Iwent warm it up. 3rd visit I ordered a 3 pc and 5pc Nashville hot combo but the cashier was was in her own world and rang up areg 3pc combo. At this point I simply took it because after 3 visits that were terrible, it wasn?t worth trying to get itcorrected. This store needs some serious attention on the customer care side. Read more
I was in drive-thru with no one in front of me and two customers inside the restaurant. I ordered the eight piece family meal... for chicken with mashed potatoes, Mac and cheese, and coleslaw. I was told to pull over and Park and had to wait 9 minutesbefore my food was brought out to me. Because we were staying in the hotel next door it took me less than 90 seconds to get tomy room. The chicken was cold, it tasted like it's been sitting there for hours, the mac and cheese was dry cold and looked likeit was scraped off the bottom of the pan. The mashed potatoes were runny but the gravy was hot. The biscuits tasted old anddoughy. We have visited that KFC before and had no problems. But the last two visits were atrocious. The place is dirty never asmile on anybody working and the food tastes like nobody cares. I will no longer be utilizing this restaurant for anything.Don't bother going there for anything. Wow best fresh chicken sandwich i ever ad, definitely recommend this place!!! Amazing staff and fast service, we just randomly... stop by and was amazingly surprised by this fast food restaurant. The employees works with their hearts and we can feel it intheirs service and food. They bring back what KFC use to be back in the time. Go go go eat there. Definitely worth thedetour!!!! Was disappointed at first.Went there for all you can eat buffet.As you can see with the pics the buffet was mostly empty.We were... there around 4:30 at night.They were not even busy.I seen no excuse as to why there was hardly a thing in the buffet.Maybe acouple pieces of chicken,a few dried up biscuits.We were not impressed.Ended up ordering a bucket of chicken( the $20 bucket) &getting a few drinks & eating it there.I will say the food was hot.The chicken was great.So it wasn't a total waste.We'll goback to this KFC & TRY IT AGAIN. Rude & nasty employees & management. Employee told us no dark meat, we changed order, rude/nasty manager came on & said there is... dark meat. Ok, ordered food..$32.00 later for a bucket of greasey/old chicken. Took it back in for a refund, nasty/rude managersaid they don't do refunds. We asked for store number, she changed her tune!
