Quite possibly the worst cheesesteak I have ever had. Granted, I lived in Philadelphia for 30 years, so I know what a good... cheesesteak or hoagie is supposed to taste like, and believe me, this isn?t it. Not by a long shot. I went today to Jersey Mike?s around 7:30p and it was terrible customer service. The sandwich was disgusting ???? and a big... sloppy mess. I asked for it to be extra toasted amd they didn?t even heat the bun and when I asked to heat it longer she smackedthe bun on the grill with the shift lead or manager man being rude that I requested it to be toasted longer this was such awfulexperience. This was only a lettuce tomato amd Mayo and it looks like they added a whole bottle of Mayo I didn?t even eat it. Ijust ate the chips and had to make something to eat. You can always count on Jersey Mike's for fresh ingredients and great service. This location in particular has stellar staff &... the Store Manager is always professional and helpful. My go to is normally the Italian in a Tub but they also have an excellentquality Roast Beef. Read more
