Our family ordered the family feast pancakes creations on 11/25/22. The pancakes were extremely thin like tortillas. All 8... easily fit into one container instead of the two there were split between. Also their overall diameter was smaller than I haveever seen from IHOP. I work hard to earn my money, and it is upsetting to spend money and get less than expected. I am realisticthat food locations do not usually produce EXACTLY the advertised picture, however this is way beyond just a little thinner orjust a little smaller. Read more

Left the place just over an hour ago. The food was very good. Our waitress was excellent. I accidentally left my sunglasses... and phone headset at my table (Table 33). Reached out to the place immediately after leaving. All they could say is thatnothing was left at the table when it was cleaned after very little effort to find out. The place to order delivery if you would like to get your food in poor, sub-par packaging not sealed to prevent tampering with... your food or the delivery driver helping him/herself to some of that bacon. But I doubt anyone wanted that low quality stuffanyways so probably you don't need to worry. But they do not seal anything and love to hand over your food in simple plasticbags. I even asked if I could get my two orders placed in sealed paper bags but was told they are "low on inventory" and notevery customer deserves proper packaging, I guess. Anyways, I certainly will NOT eat there ever again and if you plan onordering food there for delivery you now know what you are in for with the way they care about food safety. ENJOY! Read more

Very accommodating, since we didn't know what we wanted and there were somany GOOD CHOICES. We LOVED our Specialty Pancakes and they were cooked PERFECTLY and the presentation was GREAT!
