Response to owner, whom responded to our review. Your response makes the reader wonder if you even fully read the previous... review. The fact is the Pizza was bad the very next day, and yes it was refrigerated. The problem with the Pizza was somethingto do with the cheese. As previously stated, we brought the Pizza back and your employees were courteous and understanding, andagreed to replace the Pizza. We drove 30+ minutes back to your location to pick up the Pizza we were told was being remade. Upon arrival we were told that the owner refused to make the Pizza. It?s your response back to our initial review, as to whywe and others should avoid your location until you run all your loyal customers off, and new management takes over. We orderfood from Frank & Al?s all the time, especially their pizza; that is until today, as we see how they really care about theirloyal customers. We ordered a $30 large meat lovers pizza last week for my son that typically keeps it in the fridge and warmsup 1-2 slices a day when returning home from school. This particular time he could not eat any more of the pizza starting day2, as the the cheese had a bad smell and taste. We took the pizza back to Frank and Al?s today and their staff agreed toreplace it with no issues after explaining what happened. We had errands to run and told them we would be back in an hour. Upon making the 30-45 minute drive back, we were told that the owner said not to make the pizza. What a Hugh waste of time andmoney. Their pizza is over priced as it is, but the kids liked it so we were loyal customers, but no longer, we will neverreturn to Frank and Al?s again that obviously values $30 over a relationship with a loyal customer. The friendly staff was fast with our order especially for a Friday night. Frank, the owner was back there tossing pizza. The... folks up front were courteous and helpful in every way. We love to eat at Frank and Al?s in Fort Pierce. Their food never disappoints! Everything from the lasagna down to the croutons... and everything in between, the pizza, wings, knots, salads, subs, etc.. Everything always tastes delicious! We love it all!I?ve tried lasagna from just about every restaurant and Frank and Al?s makes the best! For those who comment that the prices aretoo high, you can be assured a freshly prepared and delicious meal made with quality ingredients. Frank & Al?s in Ft Pierce is a top notch restaurant. The food quality is consistent and always great. The salads and boneless... wings are massive! The prices are extremely fair considering how awesome the food is. The employees are kind and attentive. Willcontinue to eat at Frank & Al?s on the corner of Midway and US1 weekly! I actually enjoyed everything that I ordered to go. The pepperoni pizza was very good as well as the plain cheese (closest to... the pizza that I'm used to from down south) The large Stromboli was excellent!! The marinara sauce was a little above average.The Buffalo wings were also very good, cooked just right with just the right amount of sauce. I apologize for the derogatory review I ordered two slices and a soda and I was starving but was not able to finish one slice. ... I used two paper towels in an attempt to get some of the oil off of it I grew up on 18th Avenue in Brooklyn New York and I don'texpect anyone to compete with them... in the past I have had decent Pizza from Frank and Al's but I don't know what happenedlately it seems to have gone downhill Read more
