Walked in before the lunch rush, stood in line for 2 customers, then had one more in front of us. Cashier answered the phone and... started processing that order, while a line still waited. After 5 minutes of waiting we left. The kitchen area was very dirty,the guy working the grill was throwing the papers between the patties on the ground, there were fries everywhere, and it didn?tlook like anyone was keeping up with what was going on. Food is ok but the ala carte pricing system is so they can screw you because if they had combo prices of 18 dollars then you... would probably walk away. Burger fi does same thing. I paid about 40 bucks for a kids cheeseburger, regular cheeseburger, 2fries, and 2 drinks. Save yourself some money and buy a drink at 7-11 and just grab a burger and go. Family members have been there before and said that the burgers were OK. So this was my 1st time going to 5 guys. A cheeseburger... and small fry was roughly $15 per person, not including a drink.For a total of 4 people I end up paying $72. So at this priceI expect from my Burger To not only look good but to taste good ,most important thing. To my opion, The Burger was not big atall ,the size of a regular cheeseburger. Fast service and excellent burgers,you can seat outside or inside.burger are $$$ but everything taste fresh.
