This is place is just terrible...That Saturday morning crew that worked on 9/10/2022 wouldn't give me my money back and they... didn't give me my full order..the manager oor crew leader with her rude self slammed the window in my face..from the cashier tothe lead person were rude, disrespectful and arrogant.. even locked the door and refuses to come back to the window. They allwalked away and hid behind a wall near the office.. talking about they don't know how to do refunds..I hope they all lose theirjob or they close that place down...Horrible customer service ???????????????????? this location close when ever they want. it happen multiple times already. I go to the drive-through and they told me they... close. Today I go just to get a coffee and they tell me that they?re close because they?re going on break and that they?reminors. Never knew the store close for everybody to go on break. This is the worst Dunkin? I?ve ever been to. The staff are completely rude, the wait is INSANE. The last 3/4 times I?ve come my... coffee order has been incorrect. I intentionally go out of my way to avoid this Dunkin? at all costs. As a doordasher that just tried to go pick up an order this location is the worst I have seen. It is 11:35am; the doors are... locked, the only employee anywhere around is sitting behind the drive-thru menu, ignoring customers, smoking and talking on thephone. Read more
I went to the drive through today where i was handed the wrong drink, when i told the young lady working she got frustrated and... told me that she was going to have someone else speak to me because she was not having it today and walked away from the windowi could hear her yelling from inside about how i didn?t want her to make my drink? regardless as a customer i do not understandwhy i deserve to be treated like this because i told the girl that she didn?t give me the right drink and i will be speaking tothe manager about this when i get the chance Read more
Worst Dunkin I?ve ever been to. Girl working the drive thru was out taking her smoke break when I pulled up. She immediately... went inside to take my order (doubt she washed her hands). I order a drink with almond milk and she says they are out of almondmilk. So I ask if they have oat milk? She says ?I think so?, so I said I will have oat milk instead. She then says ?actually wedo have almond milk? ok?.. So I go to order my next drink, a medium toasted white chocolate mocha, she says ?we dont havetoasted white chocolate? ok? I try to order a pumpkin latte instead ?we dont have pumpkin?, so what do you have???? Not tomention she was extremeley rude and blaring rap music in the drive thru window.
