Tuesday morning just before lunch time I arrive at drive through. Ordered sausage egg n cheese sandwich with hash brown... potatoes, and a sm coffee. Got home less than 5 minutes later and the sandwich is already cold and the hash browns were allsoggy and cold and burnt on the edges. The only thing they got right was the coffee. I asked for an extra large coffee with 12 sugars and extra cream. The girl said "2 sugars?" I said "no 12 sugars". She said " 2... sweet and low?", I said "no 12 sugars". She still didn't understand so I said "I will just pull up" she said "okay"before Icould (car infront of me, I had to wait" a guy who wasn't even taking the orders actually screamed at me "pink packets are sweetand low".
