I'm a doordash driver. I have to pick up a order to Dunking but in my way I stopped by McDonald's order a breakfast, and them I... went to pick doordash food to dunking, the drinks was ready but not the food. New customers arrived, placed order, get hisorder, and so on but mine not Ready, after wait 20 minutes I called Doordash they call Dunking and someone said that order isnot in the system. One of the employees told me the drinks are ready we just waiting for the food. Doordash just canceled theorder. Dunking Donald's have keep the drink. I've been coming here for years. And it hasn't gotten any better. It's litterally a hit or miss. They can't keep staff Never... seems like any kind of team work here. You either get a great cup of coffee and order right or a horrible one and wrong order.Plenty of times you sit in the drive-thru for 15 mins and no one will take your order I have seen this happen so much in theyear it's terrible. I've tried and tried to continue coming to this location but unfortunately just like the rest of the DD in the PSL/Stuart area... they can't get a sime coffee order correct. Today we spent 10 minutes in the drive through at the window while I watched 5 kids,employees, playing games, singing, and dancing while we waited for 2 coffees. And guess what, when they finally gave our coffeesthey were wrong. I will not be coming back to this location. The kids employed here are top concerned with playing with eachother than anything else.
