Always friendly and efficient service when stopping in with the grandkids for ice cream, and just picked up another amazing... birthday cake that I know is going to be a big hit with the kids and adults alike. Thank you Bora for the phenomenal cakedecoration. And, thanks also to the young woman behind the counter who took my in person order and the young man who helped mewith the pick up today. Normally we have a great experience. Today, not so much. I always have chocolate fudge. But today they had none out. When we... inquired, we were told it's in the back too frozen to use. Didn't offer to bring it out, no apology nothing....this is the wayit is. My fiance wanted more toppings but they used the smallest cup for his ice cream and gave him barely any. No napkins outand available. After we paid, everyone disappeared to the back, we had to wait for napkins while they made their own ice cream. Read more

Family and I went in to get some ice cream to get a cool sweet treat and the kids loved theirs. Wife and I ordered our and we... had to different waitresses get our ice cream and it shows. They are both suppose to be 2 scoops and one clearly looks like asingle but with the 2 different flavors I asked for. The only thing I can think of is the one I wanted was getting low of icecream and they didn't want to change it out. ???? Read more
Gorgeous cake and wonderful service. I called asking if they could write on a cake for my parents? anniversary and look how... absolutely gorgeous this is. For covid safety reasons, I paid over the phone and called when I arrived and a friendly employeepromptly brought the cake (and extra crunchies!) to my car. Obviously it was delicious, but it was also gorgeous, easy and safe.Thank you!! Read more
