Slow service when there was no one else in the drive-through, I asked for no tomatoes and I received tomatoes on my sandwich.... They did remake the sandwich just the lettuce that was on all of my orders were completely welted. Will not be returning hereagain. Read more
This location looks new but food wasn?t so great. Everyone was outside smoking and I waited 15 minutes. A tall red head girl was... loud and violent with her speech and appeared to had brought her kid to work.it?s so hard to find a good place to eat. Alsotables were filthy and sticky. Read more
10/28/22 at 2:30pm 5 Women employees there one heavyset female that seemed to be the only one working. The other 4 female... employees were definitely high on drugs. Picking and scratching their face the fry cook even stopped to hit a pipe with alighter right there. This was definitely not marijuana from the smell that came off the pipe and the customer standing next tome screamed and said I can?t believe you are smoking crack right there. Another customer had been waiting over 45 minutes forfive kids meals. I can?t believe the Burger King franchise would let this disgusting behavior take place in front of customers.Less than a half mile away from a rehab center and a school!! It was clear the manager was just as high as everyone else. Maybeshe?s the dealer for the local kids at the school and hopefully this place will get shut down for sells within 1000 feet of aschool. Stopped buy today to get a drink at 1:30 in the afternoon and the restaurant is closed. Of course you?d never know if you go to... the drive through. You just sit and the screen and wait? nothing. I knew I should have stopped at the McDonalds down the road.Whoever is running this place needs to be replaced. I don?t know why they keep opening Burger Kings in the area. Tried this Burker King because it was close to were we were. Never again. Place is dirty employed look sloppy and... unprofessional. Got our food wrong. We don't eat out much because on a fixed income we Can't afford to. However when wevdo eatis want to enjoy my meal and it didn't enjoy this lunch. Read more
I have tried this establishment multiple times and I should know better but I keep hoping it would get better. They are not I... ordered a total of 5 items , asked to pull up to wait for my food so you think it would be correct. It was not missing 1 itemfrom the order. I wanted to call to let them know so I could send someone back but there is no published number. So afterseveral attempts to receive acceptable service I will not be returning and driving a little further south to the next place.Thank you for trying but I guess it is just not work order at your own risk people. Seems the management is trying to turn things around if they were bad here so I had to leave this review. I almost turned around... to return my food, items we're sloppy put together shrunk in size compared to usual breakfast sandwiches and all folded eggswere overcooked and had a bad taste. I opened the new Burrito and didn't even want to take a bite. Hope things get better butweprobably won't stop here again. Read more
This store should be closed. If you can't provide decent food in a timely manner that don't try it all. I've never had a good... experience at this store. But today,I just spent 22 minutes in a drive-thru and then had to go inside to find out where my foodwas. When I finally received my food my burger bun was burnt, the hamburger was dried out, the lettuce was brown and ultimatelydried out. My chicken nuggets were rock hard and barely a quarter inch thick because they were so overcooked and burnt. Therestaurant smells of burnt oil, which you can taste in the food. Again if you can't serve at least decent food after makingpeople wait, don't serve it at all. Read more
