This the worst Burger King ever they very slow and has HorribleCustomer service.We went Friday night to get food for my husband... and kids. My husband and I decide to go inside becuase we thought that we would get faster service because the line drive thruwas long. Well that was not the case we waited about 30 mins for our food. They kept messing up our order and manger was yellingat all her employees and saying she has to do all thier jobs. The gentlemen who took my Order was very overwhelmed and nottrained at all in his job. It took them at least 10 minutes just for me to get my cups for my drinks. The people who orderedbehind me Receive their drinks before I did. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Read more
Service has finally improved some. Used to take 10-20 minutes every time I went inside. Today took 4, including a fresh cook... item. Actually had the current specialty item (ghost pepper Whopper) in stock as well. Read more
Worst place for service they take the fast out of fast food. On my last visit I ordered a Fry and a onion ring with my 2... burgers. When I looked inside the bag in my car there were 2 frys, so I went back in and the woman took one of my fries out ofmy bag and threw them back in with the store fries. I never touched them but that is a major health code violation especiallywith all the crazy people out there that is such a No No. Sorry to say but with the employee's they have at this location theymight as well just close. This was a terrible experience. The food recently went way up in prices which is fine because I understand the inflation but... they were out of mayonnaise and did not tell us just save us burgers that were dry with no mayonnaise. Also had no tomato. Theyhad no milkshakes. So we found out about the milkshakes in the drive-through line while we were trying to order but we got ourburgers without tomato and mayonnaise since they were out of it we had to get out of the drive-through and walk inside to getthem fixed and that?s how we found out they were out. Stopped in last night to try the impossible burger! Huge fans of cooking them at home on the grill or stove top... There was at... least 7 cars in the drive-through and 3 others inside including myself which I thought was a lot for 9:30 at night.... Theyclose at midnight... Food came out fairly fast but we still had a few minutes to enjoy the industrial style design on theinside... Our food was good but the customer service is definitely lacking, a lot of loud personal conversations and insultsbeing traded back and forth...
