Came in for the 2 for 6 deal and was refused that deal because I didn't have a code. I showed them the app with that exact deal,... they would not honor it and the guy was VERY rude about it so I left without ordering anything. I will never return to thislocation. Read more
Dark abandoned shopping center. Loud rude workers, everything we wanted was "sold out". More like a high school play ground,... loud people running around. The Manger was so loud and very ghetto,bragging she gets paid even if they have no customers. Whoever owns this place is loosing money. I threw my food away and left. Dirty, bathroom didn't have soap, toilet paper or napkins. Employees did not know what they were doing.Missing items on order.... And all-round nasty floors and tables were sticky. Read more
Customer service was very friendly! Food was DELICIOSO! I?m from NY and the BK there never hit like this location has! The meat... was 100% beef and grilled throughly! The fries were HOT & so so good! The shakes were on point and did not taste artificial! I?dkeep coming here. They can do a lot better with their cleaning, they might be short staffed but the cleaning has to be kept upwith. Read more
This location is off the highway so it was an easy choice because it meant we would be able to get right back on and continue... with our trip. The service was amazing, the girls that were on this shift were friendly and when my order wasn't complete theydid not hesitate to make it right. Now the food itself, the bread for the chicken sandwich was stale and a bit on the hard sideBUT the fries were hot and fresh. After leaving the restaurant, I realized that they did not give me my 2 hershey pies that Ihad ordered. The upkeep of the restaurant could have been better as I saw some dead flies laying around. Ordering app was screwed up for completing and paying, and inconsistent with options. Breakfast croissant sandwiches were... terrible. Eggs were actually cold and not extra as ordered. Sausage was old and crusty like freezer burned, and not hoteither. Croissant was stale. By far, the worst ever sandwiches. At least the server was helpful. Stopped in during a road trip to grab a quick bite. Facility is clean, food was made quickly and was hot. Bathroom was clean... does need a soap refill. Read more
