I ate there tonight, the food was okay, my problem is we watched them grab all the cooked food out of the oven with their bare... hands, disgusting. They have a huge open window and I?m assuming they think nobody is watching them ? Me and my boyfriendwatched them take our food out and other people in the restaurants food out with bare hands, very very gross. Our server wasgreat, very cute. Extremely satisfied customer here. I placed a delayed order over the phone to pickup at 7:30. They were open even though it was... Labor Day, and the employees were very polite. My order was ready exactly on time. I ordered a large pizza and a small stromboliand was very happy with the food. The small stromboli can very easily feed two people and was very full. The pizza was also verygenerously topped (with fresh mushrooms to my delight) and the crust was perfectly crisp.( Note: All the pizza was there itsmelled so good I couldn't wait I couldn't wait to take the picture) Great job guys I will definitely be back . Shameful!!!!!! Clearly old reheated pizza. The plates are small so the picture is an optical illusion making it seem like the... pizza slices are huge. If I wasn't starving I would have had more sense to say I'm not eating this and leave. I took the secondslice home and after taking one bite I realized I wouldn't even feed this to a rat. I ordered my normal pepperoni pizza from this establishment on 6/23/2022 8:47pm to be exact. I arrived to pick up my pizza... before 9:30pm, a crew member stated I never ordered a pizza here, I showed the crew member the phone call details showing thenumber to there location and how long the call lasted. Dry, plastic-like cheese, and slight burnt taste. Cold. I was super eager to try Big Apple just because I?ve lived in St Lucie... for so many decades and haven?t yet. I may be way off, but it seems like they tossed the pizza meant for display-only into a boxand delivered it to my house along with the left-over lasagna made into lasagna sticks? Only because I know the owner to have asincere love for our community, will I give this place a second chance. Pizza was great as usual. Sundays the all you can eat is a great deal. They make up a great salad and the garlic knots are very... good. Then the cheese pizza and its big slices all for 9.49. The waitress is very nice and helpful. Tonight I think they hadsome problems with pick up and pizzas not ready or burnt. Read more
