Don't get me wrong the food itself is amazing. But between the staff that seems annoyed or bored more than half the time and the... fact that it's nearly invisible & hard to find nestled in the back of a plaza... It's hardly worth the price for a fast meal 2feed the kids. But having great fingers makes up for it! Read more

Well I love Zax but tonight I'm very disappointed. Cold food really cold. Fries without season and cold , slaw slung into my... plate not in its cup like usual and it leaked all in my bag. Tea is sour and take like it's been setting for a month. 4 pc chickfingers, I got 2. I though I was at burgerking for a min. The lady giving me my food wasn't even paying attention to how she washanding out food she was dangling my cup everywhere while talking to coworkers about personal issues. My granddaughter and I went for our first and last visit. Why charge .25 for dipping sauce? Seems petty. Also a Cockroach... showed up on the dining area floor . I walked up to tell the cashier who was obviously not surprised. No manager around. I tookphotos of this huge bug. So gross. Read more
