We stood at the counter to place our order and no one even acknowledged us. Another customer in the restaurant told us we had to... order on the kiosk cause they won't take orders at the counter. They could at least have a sign or greet your customers and letthem know to use the kiosk. Their customer service is horrible. Managers need to step up. Read more

We eat here often, atleast once a week. We?re no stranger to their quality of food, however we always look past it because ?it?s... Taco Bell so whatever?. But THIS TIME .. the CHICKEN quesadilla had a couple tiny pieces of chicken, most of it was just cheese(pictures inserted). It?s was ice cold. We ordered a hard-shell taco with no lettuce or tomato. Before pulling off from thewindow we checked to make sure it was correct (because we have had incorrect food before) and of course it had lettuce andtomato. We notified the boy at the window and he rolled his eyes and went and got another one (pictures inserted of the?correct? taco) ? I can?t quite wrap my head around how someone could make these items and feel comfortable to serve it to acustomer. Spent $23 at this establishment expecting $23 worth of food.. instead we feel like we got $5 worth of food and aterrible LAST experience. Read more

Always my go to. I occasionally get breakfast too. Best am crunch wraps but this morning when I went either they aren't serving... breakfast anymore or they weren't open yet. It was about 845am I was bummed. I hope they didn't take breakfast away. Read more
Hands down my favorite Taco Bell. You'll always find strong vegetarian and vegan options here. They even have a corner of the... menu for vegetarian! (Vegans are just a search away on the internet for some creative combinations.) Not to mention the staffis always fun and reliably pleasant. Any issue (and there's been VERY few) they've corrected and owned without hesitation. Lovethese people and this place! Read more
I quite literally have taco meat and grease all over my car and pants now.. they were so soaked in (grease or whatever it is)... that the wrapping was stuck to it and falling apart.. ik I asked for extra meat ..but I meant for it to still be INSIDE thetacos.. the meat literally rolled into my floor, my lap and seat as soon as I started to try and unwrap it... the picture I tookwas after I finally got it fully unwrapped(and half the meat had already fallen to the floor the stuff in the picture is justwhat stayed in the taco at least) in my lap to show the grease and how wet it all was... all my tacos were apparently this waytoo... it's sad because we come here a lot and have never had much of an issue..seemed to be new people today ..so whoever wasmaking tacos around 1:55 pm on the 5th needs some more training before you leave them alone again .. had to change clothesbecause my lap was soaked in taco juices...
