It's took 20 mins to take my order and there isn't anyone even in the store. Service sucks. The tables aren't even wiped clean.
Store manager is sorry and don't deserve him job can't cover his store and is real never there and district manager won't do... anything to help the problem . Rude, the girl I spoke with was very rude, and it took me by surprise when she announced that she was the manager. All I ordered... was two drinks and two bags of ice, and she suggested canceling my order rather than simply apologizing for the delay as she(like everyone else) was short-handed. I sat in a stall for 20 minutes while people that pulled in and ordered after I didreceived their food. Read more
We stopped at the local sonic in Fort Oglethorpe tonight a little more then an hour before they close. We pulled into a stall... pushed the red button to order only to be told we had to go thru the drive thru to order. I was extremely shocked consideringthey didn?t close until 10:00 pm so why should we have to go thru the drive thru to order. We will never go to this sonic again,there was nothing but kids working or should I say supposed to be working and the customers were a second thought to them. Whenyour restaurant closes at 10:00 pm then we should be able to drive into a stall and place our order with no problem. Read more
Ordered from the app for the convenience. Two drinks only no food took over 15 minutes to finally get them. Will not be back.
EDIT: Went back today bc my husband wanted sonic.they gave me a burger with onions when we specifically ordered it without bc of... an allergy. Also, there?s egg on my burger. cross contamination much? Disgusting. The health department needs to see this. Service was fast and friendly, our food was fresh and we saved quite a bit of money by ordering through the Sonic app. You get... 1/2 priced drinks any time of the day on the Sonic app. Definitely worth the download! Read more
Why should I escalate the issue? Nothing will be done. This store is notorious for bad customer service with no consequences.... You do nothing to help just lie and give free food and then return for more abuse from employees at this location. --- Badexperience. Usually good. Girl at window refused to give me a drink carrier for my 3 drinks. Said they were out when car infontof me then behind me got one. Handed me a small bag with my tots in it. Then handed me my hotdogs with no bag. First time everthis has happened and I am there every week several times a day. Will not be going back anytime soon. Read more
