I am absolutely not happy with the pizza hut in fort Oglethorpe. I have had nothing but problems with this particular store.... Starting with the pizza being cold wrong plus wings being raw and such nothjng has gone right with this store. I would NOTrecommend this store at all. I have spent a ton of money at pizza hut because pizza hut USED to be my favorite pizza chain butthis store has ruined my love for the pizza chain. I've been asked to leave my name email and everythjng two or three times justto be ignored when I do what they asked they said they would fix it but it's definitely a lie and a show on here to make itseem like they care since people read these reviews.. The last time I spent 75 dollars for my chicken wings to come back rawplus one of my 4 pizzas was wrong . The other three was cold . I called up there they assured me yhey would put me down for afull order of wings which I was aggravated but thanksful they decided to do something. I woke up today to call them and talkedto a manager and gave everything we need and lo and behold everything was wrong and nasty this morning. Order my pizza at 9p and got it at 9:28p I was expecting it at 9:50p but dang y?all are good
I was craving a supreme pizza from Pizza Hut. I have not had one in a very long time. I ordered my pizza for pick up. When I got... there my pizza was ready, hot fresh (and delicious I found out when I got home). The gentleman who helped me was super friendlyand fast getting my order to me. He was working in the back and stopped what he was doing to help me as soon as I walked in. Iwill definitely be back soon. Read more
This pizza was horrible!! Was supposed to have been ?Right out of the oven? according to the rep, went 4 minutes down the road... and got to our destination. It was room temperature, rock hard dry crust, toppings were shriveled and dry, and Almost NO cheese!It was worse than 2 day old pizza! Never again! Wish I could post a pic?it was truly unbelievable how bad this pizza looked.Should have checked the box, or I would have never left with it and requested a refund. So disappointing. I remember when pizza hut was one of my favorite places. But no longer. I recently purchased one of the large... 3 topping pizza special for $10.00. The large was more on the size of a medium. Barely fully cooked. Hardly any sauce. Minimumof each topping. I was sad to see the quality decline so dramatically. Perhaps it was just this location. Ordered 2 large pizzas and a order of cheese bread sticks. The crust was wrong on both pizzas. The cheese was not fully melted... on both pizzas. The bread sticks cheese was not melted at all underneath the parmesan layer. The bottom of the bread sticks wasalso undercooked. Read more
There was a time when I wouldn't buy any pizza but Pizza Hut. Times have changed. The last 3 orders I placed with the restaurant... were for delivery and while the food did arrive hot, it tasted terrible. The crust was like cardboard, impossible to eveneat. Although the management refunded my money, I have to wonder how such unbelievably bad food could ever leave therestaurant. Management?? Read more
A "bread" pizza. Minimal sauce and cheese. I ordered mushrooms on the pizza and chicken and bacon on half. Couldn't see or... taste the chicken or bacon. Minimal mushrooms. Won't go back to ANY Pizza Hut. I suspect that any other chain would havebetter pizza. Read more
