If I could give them no stars I would. It is unreal how terrible their pizza turns out every single time. Unfortunately this... location is the only one for 20 miles. To have the ability to pick up This pizza without it separating and to cost twice as muchthen any other pizza is ridiculous!!! The crust is completely flat and hard as a rock. This place is completely unprofessional and rude. Called and ordered a pizza for delivery 7 miles from Fort Oglethorpe location.... First problem the person who took the order could not speak or understand English. Second, someone called us right back and hungup when we answered. So we called back to find out if there was an issue. We checked on the order and the automated service saidour pizza would take 29 minutes. 45 minutes later we called and spoke to a rude manager who said they do not deliver toChattanooga. I told her I lived in Chickamauga, she said they don't deliver there either. (7 miles from the store) I told her wehave been waiting on food that apparently was never going to show up. She said not her fault it was the call center and nothingshe could do. She never offered to make the pizza and for us to pick it up instead or any other remedy to the situation. Shesaid she would not let me continue to yell at her and said very rude good bye. I never raised my voice to her I was complainingthat we had been waiting and it was unacceptable that you would not notify a customer that you were not going to even make theirorder. Unbelievable, you can't stay in business running it this way, obviously need better trained managers and employees. Wewill not be returning to this restaurant ever. Read more
This was a bit of a disappointment. The food was good but apparently the lady that took our order left for the day and didn't... tell anyone that we were sitting in the front of the store waiting on our pizza. After 30 minutes my hubby went in to have themsay it had been ready for over 10 minutes. Ugh! It was still warm because it was under the warmer but we hated the unnecessarywait. Read more
When I got there there were only 2 employees in the kitchen, after I placed my order 1 of those left leaving one young lady to... try and do it all alone. She's a trooper and a hero because in the face of it she kept things going to the VERY best of herability. I'm proud of her and her determination and I'd place my order with her anytime no matter the wait, it was worth it, thequality was excellent!!! ???????????????????? Read more
Great food and was done before it said it would the lady was very sweet and nicer than can be! Thank you guys! My favorite pizza... is the Hawaiian pizza! I absolutely love it! Terrible, order half cheese half chicken bbq Hawaiian pizza and boneless wings. And what we got a cheese pizza with bbq sauce... and a quarter of chicken and bacon with some pineapple. Our boneless wings have bone on it. Try to called the store and theynever pick up actually and automatically hang up. Called call center they not try to fix a problem just said we will have totalk to a store in the morning, but fun fact they not answer, just put us on hold and then hung up. Now have to find somethingelse to eat tonight. Aww Just a rip-off. Read more
Papa Johns is my go to place for pizza. Love it here! I wish they had a buffet and sit down dining
