I love Krystal always have. But if this is what they have become I doubt I will be back! Was in drive through for over 50 min... last night. Could understand if they were busy but it didn't look like there was anyone inside the lobby and there was only oneother in the drive through. I got a sackfull of cheese Krystal when I got home I pulled one out and bit into it and it crunchedmy first thought was they had put bacon well no it was just the extremely burnt onions on all $37 worth! EVERY table was dirty with no customers in the lobby and the drive thru closed. The food was disgusting and not one person... said anything other than our total. The cost has skyrocketed and the quality may as well have been from dumpster diving. Iwill never be back Read more
I went thru the drive thru Friday night sept.23rd.it was around 10 or 10:30 And they were fast and the Krystals were fresh.They... lady that was working at the window was just so sweet and friendly. I'm so glad I went and I really appreciate them having goodpeople working there. Read more
Cashier could not count. Was a party of four for lunch, individual orders. My lunch mates were done eating and I never received... my order. Got my money back, less $1 card fee. Left. Will never cone back Read more

Incredibly friendly staff and despite being understaffed they kept everything flowing smoothly 10/10 one of the best Krystals... out there and one I'll be visiting again.
