we were here for some good ole fashioned chocolate donuts. Not disappointed either. These donuts hit the spot.
If you're not careful they'll put things on/in your drink that don't belong on/in it, and then they'll try and blame you for not... telling them about your allergies, even though you specifically ordered a drink you knew did not include them. They confirmedthe drink wasn't supposed to come with the topping, but still tried to take the blame away from themselves, instead of justautomatically apologizing for the mix up and getting a new drink. Just to add. Though it would have explained theirdefensiveness. no one was rude to the employee(s), untill after the attempted gaslighting. The allergies were not mentionedbecause they're not bad enough that a little bit of cross contamination will do much damage, but they are bad enough, that ifit's purposely added to a drink/food, and that drink/food is consumed, it will cause dangerous throat swelling. Today on national coffee day I ordered two donuts and a iced coffee. Coffee had no creamer as asked and donuts were stale....AS... ALWAYS! ugh. Read more
Stopped to get a 2 lattes, a double espresso, and a chicken biscuit. The person taking my order rushed me and was rude....the... lady at the window did have great people skills...only good thing. They forgot my espresso, had to remind them before I left thewindow. The regular and pumpkin latte, had no flavor. And finally, my chicken biscuit was freezer burnt. It tasted like alukewarm lick of the bottom of my fridge. Two bites and threw it away. I've never left a bad review but, this place was awful. Read more
Just left from there today, 8-21-22, and my wife and I was literally in the drive thru for 30 mins. We mobile ordered and... selected drive thru thinking it would be quick. The li e was almost to the main rd. I watched as 2 cars in front of me waited along time before I heard someone finally come across the speaker to ask them what they would like. When we finally got to thewindow the employee couldn't even find our order for a minute. I almost thought it hadn't even been made yet. Then when he didfind it and give it us and we began to leave the food we had ordered was ice cold. Since it took so long to get our food in thefirst ace we didn't want to waste our time trying to get fresh food. There was plenty of employees working so we didn'tunderstand why it was taking so long for the drive thru. We watched a few cars leave because it was taking so long. The latte was good, but the donuts were stale. My kids who will eat ANYTHING SWEET ate part of them and threw them away. If... you're not going to have fresh donuts throughout the day, limit their hours so the food is fresh at least. That was just grossand a waste of my money Read more
Been a while since I have been there and decided to treat myself to a coffee and bagel sandwich. Much to my disappointment they... no longer offer my favorite steak, egg, and cheese bagel sandwich. The other thing of note and why 3 stars is it smelled so badin there when I walked in. The stench was overwhelming and was hard to stay in there waiting for my order. Read more
My experience at this Dunkin yesterday was HORRIBLE. I had a mobile order and went in with 2 of my friends. The employee named... Jessica was extremely rude. She left out a donut on my order, and when my friend said something about it, she rolled her eyesand yelled at another employee to get the donut that SHE left out. She was then yelling at another customer accusing them ofdrinking an espresso shot that they brought back up, when he had already told her he put it in his coffee. He was stating thatshe got his order wrong, and she was yelling at him the whole interaction. When my friend stated something to the manager aboutJessica?s attitude and bad customer service, Jessica started to ARGUE with my 17 year old friend and was yelling ?have a goodday? sarcastically as we walked out.
