This location is always busy to the point cars are wrapped around the building. They go as fast as they can while still being... very accurate and friendly. Great place to eat at, but expect a bit of a wait. They do a great job with the circumstances theyhave. Read more
When I 1st got my food, I thought it looked like such a puny amount. The slaw was a tiny cup 1/2 full. But after eating, I was... full & realized that more would have been too much. Everything was delicious. The slaw, the onion rings, and the burger. Justdelicious! The peach shake had small chunks of peach all through it, but there wasn't any actual peach FLAVOR ???? I went through the drive in. I ordered dinner. There are several easy in & out ways to get to & out of the parking lot. All... total my bill was less than $10. The whole trip from ordering to eating was less than 10 minutes. Read more
My "burger" doesn't even fit half my bun. 98% of the toppings and sauce I ordered on it was missing, meat cold, overcooked, and... the bun soggy. This place is sad. Very disappointing and not worth the wait. It was supposed to be ketchup, lettuce, mayo,tomato, grilled onion, & pickle. I got a petrified leafy scrap, a piece of an onion slice, and what I hope is meat. Lol Read more

I was quite a bit saddened at this Cookout. The one in Cleveland has always provided great food and service. But the one in Fort... O, is definitely inferior. I ordered a spicy crispy chicken sandwich and receive a tomato burger.... Not sure what to thinkabout this. Read more
Food was good and fresh but service was terrible. I asked the cashier if I could get the bbq without a bun, nothing too crazy (I... think). He had a nasty attitude to begin with and after I asked he grumbled something and said "I don't want to deal with thisyoi do it" to another employee and walked away. I normally try to not make crazy requests or anything and I assumed this wasn'tone. The other employee took our order well enough. The tables were also dirty and the bathrooms too. Read more
