This wasn't really a visit. This is a complaint about being told the grill is down for cleaning at 5:45PM on a Sunday evening... when the store doesn't close until 8PM. Completely missed out on a $40+ order. Read more
Food was okay but nothing special. Baked potato was not hot! But the service was great. Kylee was super friendly and helpful!

We ordered our finally after a long wait, which was not the cashier or employees fault this had to do with a very irate and... ignorant customer who Insisted on items that aren't included with their meals should be and really just caused a scene. The food was so greasy that it was inedible. The service sucks. It says on the menu that if they don't suggest the shrimp as an... add on that you get one free. They didn't ask and I said something about it and she says yes sir I asked you. But whatever. Ican understand why they are never busy anymore. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone at the moment. Read more
Captain D's is one of our favorite places to eat.. On this particular visit we went through the drive through and the staff was... a delight.. Even the kitchen staff it's so nice to go somewhere and be able to here and see the staff including kitchen staffhaving a good time that to me indicates they like their job their co-workers and boss.. 6/09/2022: The food was absolutely amazing here today and the staff was professional, and attentive... unlike the staff that I... encountered a little over a year ago. Keep up the good work! 8/16/2021 : A much better experience today! Excellent customerservice and the food was extremely good! Great job!! Today's corn and fish 5/10/21 Brown corn. I called and spoke to Sarah. Thecorn was put in this morning. She didn't notice it was brown she made the plate.She would be happy to replace the corn.. .so Ican drive all the way back there to get a piece of corn? Not.. now I know why the parking lot was empty at dinnertime. 2020 Got two 3-piece fish dinners and was denied free cups of the tartar sauce that is not pre-packaged. They're notallowed to give the tartar sauce out unless you get a family meal. I had to purchase two cups of tartar sauce to go with thefish that I purchased. ($2.15) ..What if I dined in? Could I squirt the sauce into little cups for free or Do I have to pay forit?? How ridiculous!!! I won't be back! *** WELL... here it is a year later and I went through the same garbage all over againtoday !!!. ..Why can't I get a cup of tartar sauce for a three-piece meal? Totally ridiculous! If I dined in I can eat as muchas I want of it and trust me I will use a whole Cup on three pieces of fish! Had to cancel my order. Read more
Had lunch inside and received burnt okra, they noticed immediately there was an issue and the manager Toni did not hesitate to... remake our entire meal and it was perfect!!! Above and beyond without even asking. I will definitely continue making this ourlunch time stop. Thanks again Captain Ds crew!!! Read more
