The lady taking the orders inside is as sweet as can be. BUT the girl giving the food out has a completely bad attitude. She... had an attitude when I asked for the honey mustard, which was supposed to be in the bag to start with. Then she erased mysisters order and when we asked about the order she said that she had already handed the order out. She didn't say it nicelyeither. She was extremely rude. Food was cold and wrong. I ordered onion rings with my meal and so did my husband and we got fries. Had to wait for them to cook... the onion rings. Seemed to be in chaos. Staff had a vulgar vocabulary. I know, lack of help...but does that mean you shouldpay for substandard? Will not go back. Read more
Today's experience doesn't even deserve 1 star. It took 20 minutes to get our order and it had to be re-done because it was... wrong. The new crispy chicken had so much sauce I had to wipe most of it off. The amount of sauce made the "crispy" chickenuncrispy, mushy. No receipts because they were out of paper. WOW! Usually I?m not one to knit pick or complain. However, not only did I have to wait for my food( I get it they?re busy and were... probably waiting on some fried product to cook), but my food, that I paid 21 dollars for, was very dry(to the point of not beingable to swallow without a drink) but some of it was cold. Their service and milkshakes were good though so that was at leastsomething. Overall not a nice experience, I definitely wouldn?t recommend. Read more
The staff is friendly, and they almost always get my order right. I'd rate a 5 if it wasn't for the fact that they couldn't... accept a Burger King gift card that I paid for. Leaving my Big King craving self to travel to East Ridge Tennessee to get one. Read more
Ms.Betty was awesome and Burger King should be glad to have this sweet woman working for them. She went and asked customers in... the dining area if they were doing good. She went out of her way to get my multi-handicapped adult son a crown and prize withhis meal .The food was awesome! Read more
For $4 the cup should be full, if the company refuses to fill the large sized cup they should put it in a smaller cup and charge... accordingly. Their advertising shows a full glass with whipped topping on top. Read more
I love my local Burger King in Fort Oglethorpe! They work extremely hard and they do an excellent job, especially under... circumstances like being understaffed and over worked. God bless them! Read more
