The food was good when I finally got to taste my sandwich. My kids had received their plate of wings and finished them before my... husband got his meal. He kindly waited for me to get mine and ended up eating cold food. I understand that they were busy andwant to serve food while it's hot, but the kitchen needs to do a better job of planning for cook time within a ticket. Great experience! (Much better than my last few experiences with BWW in Cleveland, TN) the wings were just right. Only thing... "off" was the Dirty Dubs Tots had some inedible sections of pork on them, but otherwise they were good, too. Lots of football onthe TVs but not so loud we couldn't hear each other. The food was great! I had the Acian Zing and Caribian Jerk wings and they were cooked to perfection!! Our server Kidd was... fantastic he was very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable when deciding which beer to choose because I wanted Carona but theydidn't have it . My husband, myself and child ate here last night. The restaurant was severely packed and very busy, but the staff was amazing... and was handling everything amazingly. I believe our server was named Tori, she was fast, polite and super friendly. Anytime Ineeded anything she had it at our table in under 2 minutes. The food was wonderful. The service kind of had things mixed up as far as the table goes, but other than that the food was... really good. Good pleasant atmosphere. Ordered ultimate nacho they gave me some from earlier in the day cooked twice I have never seen cheese baked into a chip . Fries... where old, and the chicken they really don?t cook it?s soft and wet skin. On top of that my chicken still had feathers. I didn?tsee it u til I ate 2 pieces of chicken. My Cheese Curd burger was incredibly dry, but everyone else seemed to be really happy with their chicken sandwiches and wings.... The cauliflower wings were great! They had Creature Comforts beer on tap which was a nice surprise. Great venue to watch thegame or a fight Read more
Why would anyone want to eat a wrap and only have the wing sauce in the last bite? And then to report it to the manager on duty... only to have him give you the "yeah, so what the problem" attitude. So, after 6 months, we decided to stop and get some wingsto take home. I was sorely disappointed that there seemed to be no improvement in management. How this restaurant remains toopen is beyond me.
