Placed on order the night before for a 5am pickup took 3 hrs to get ahold of someone to place the order.the manger was supposed... to call me back in ten 10min didn't call me back. so I had to call them back hour later. So get there to pick order up at 5amhave to be at work at 5:30am. First was told they wasn't open yet and it was 5 after 5am I was told they had to wait on truck toget there to bring the biscuits and wouldn't be ready until later this morning. So I told him to forget the order. I wouldn't beback. Called back to speak to manger and the lady said my order just got ready at 6am. Got the 20pc family meal deal it came with 8 bone in pieces 12 tenders 3 sides 8 biscuits and half gallon of tea. We loved it... the chicken was perfect crispy skin juicy chicken and not greasy at all.. The chicken feed 9 people we did have to mKeadditional sides to feed everyone but it is definitely well worth the money will be back again for the family meal a far betterdeal than other restaurants.. Not pleasant experience. Manager was arguing loudly with a drive in customer. Placed my order. Not enough dirty rice to fill... order, substituted Cajun pinto beans. The beans were gummy and nasty. I threw them away. The chicken had been under the heatlamp way too long. It was hard, dry and inedible. I threw it away also. The biscuit were overbaked. In the trash also. Theonly edible thing was a small dish of Cole slaw for two adults. Morale of story, don't go after 3 o'clock. Read more
This Bojangles has the worst breakfast crew and the absolute worst drive-thru. They will tell you that they?ll be with you in... just a minute but will leave you sitting waiting to order, for over 10 minutes, when there?s literally only 4 cars in line thatordered. They do not know how to multi-task, nor do they have any manners. If you ask them if you can order at the 10ammark?they?ll tell you to ?stop being rude, we?ll be with you, like we said, in just a few minutes.? NO DRIVE THRU SHOULD TAKE10+ minutes JUST TO ORDER. The level of rude coming from them makes you feel like if you say anything, they?ll spit in yourfood. Fire the breakfast crew or monitor them better, because they?re ruining your business. Read more
Came by just to get a large tea in the evening. One car ahead of me and the wait was 19 minutes. The long wait time was not... overlooked by the cashier at the window as she gave it to me at no charge. The good customer service that I received earnedthese stars. Read more
They were out of Cajun filets and asked if I would take the filet on my biscuit instead so I agreed to avoiding having to wait... an extra 5 mins when it came out both biscuits were hard as a rock I tried to call and complain and the phone stayed busy I?mvery displeased with these. Read more
3rd time's a charm. My family doesn't like Bojangles the way I do. So it's hard enough to get them on board. First time, dry and... extremely hard biscuits, nearly broke my tooth trying to salvage the meal. Second time, fries so hard the little ones could'vebeen tooth picks. Staff was extremely rude to not just myself but others. Even when the staff made the error, they still shown no sign of respect... for customers. Especially the blonde/brunette with glasses in the drive through. Read more
