This is by far the WORST Taco bell I have ever been to!! If it would allow 0 stars it would get a zero! I have ordered here... twice now and I can tell you it will be my last. The food is just awful! Tacos are so soggy and looks like someone sat on them .you couldn't even pick them up without it just falling apart everywhere. Definitely not fresh at all. Most likely have beensitting there all day. The nacho fries were so stale and cold i couldn't eat them. So sad. I really used to love Taco bell butthis one here on Summerlin Square Dr in Fort Myers completely ruined it for me. The staff clearly does not care about theircustomers or what they think. Literally watched a man walk out because a the staff disappeared. No one behind the counter or in the prep area. So he left...... Where were they? Not cleaning the bathroom, that's for sure. Also, what's the point of taking names for orders, if they just putthe orders on the counter and walk away? Let everyone touch the bag of food to find out who's it is...... Read more

I have to say that Margot is great she truly is the best. Never had this experience at any other taco bell, she takes care of... the register while taking your order and then she walks by the tables asking if everything is good and if you need somethingelse. She's very sweet and really cares about the customer I'm mind blown by Margot. All the other Taco Bell's should be gettingtraining by Margot on customer service. This 5 stars review is really for Margot To the Taco Bell franchise please make sure youtake care of this woman because any employer would be very lucky to have her on board in their team. Read more
What happened to this taco bell? It used to be decent, but lately it has been just awful. The last several times I have had poor... quality food, missing items, and slow service. I used to like coming to this location but from now on, I will be goingelsewhere. I wanted to continue giving this location business, but I have had far too many problems at this point.. Edit7/27/2022: The quality of the food here is still atrocious. I wanted to give this location a second chance and was extremelydisappointed. The quesadilla I had was the worst quesadilla I have ever had in my history of ever having Taco Bell. I couldn'teven finish it and I'm a human garbage disposal when it comes to food. It was that bad. Yeah I really like the food tacos we're still crunchy and the order people are really jive and helpful because I don't know how... to order correctly and they help me get a combo and change so I don't have to pat extra for separate order Read more
Came to the drive through just now at 520 pm on a Friday and Manager did not show up. There where 3 very nice people inside the... dining room I still closed they told me if I could wait 10 to 15 mins so they might get the green light to make me a burrito.Feel horrible for the crew how come a manager does not have a back up plan and leave his team hanging with no support Read more
Soft taco smelled of sulfur water...may e due to the recent hurricane affected the water supply.
