DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!!! If I could leave a negative star review, I would. This place is an overpriced joke. Our family... ordered $60 worth of food for pick up and we waited the 20 minute wait time. We walked down and waited an extra hour for ourorder to be ready. That, and apparently one of the things that we had ordered were no longer available on the menu. So we waitedeven longer for a substitution!!!! Our order was all sorts of messed up and no one seemed to know what was going on. When Ifinally got the chance to eat my order was all messed up and tasted bland, dry and slightly cold. Good and friendly server. But : food was so so. Appetizers were good (cocktail shrimp and crab dip). Entrees : Very dry fish... (mahi), cheap commercial Caesar dressing and frozen veggies (that should never be served in a restaurant). We liked the ambianceand the good singer. We hated that people were allowed to smoke while we had dinner, but I guest this is legal here (not inCanada). Read more

We were looking for a light meal and La Ola was perfect spot! A Times Square outdoor restaurant steps away from the ocean. No... ocean view but live entertainment made the night fun! I had the Veggie Flatbread and my friend had the Fish Tacos! Both wereexcellent! The waitress was exceptional and made sure we were taken care of for more drinks! We?ve been to Ft Myers Beachseveral times and 1st time here did not disappoint! Didn?t give it 5 stars because only one bathroom! Read more

Nice, open restaurant on the beach to eat at and relax!!! So fun! Sometimes, they have a band. There?s lots of drinks to choose... from! My daughter had a lime mint mojito which was excellent!!! There?s tacos, wraps, salads and vegetarian options!!! I enjoyedmy shrimp tacos and my daughter?s veggie wrap was very fresh!!! The French fries were great!! Perfectly done!!! Vegan here! La Ola Restaurant had great service. I think his name was Patrick. I had the Impossible Burger. He suggested a... lettuce bun and the kitchen did a great job making it something I could hold onto. ( I went to another nearby restaurant thatadvertised a "veggie burger". Their lettuce bun was pitiful.) My husband (nonvegan) had the Blackened fish at La Ola. He saidit was not blackened, but it was good. It looked regular baked to me.
