This spot is amazing, like finding a diamond on the beach! We stopped by right after the sunset and parked in front. We enjoyed... a tasty German Radler, beer mixed with lemonade, it was perfectly refreshing on a hot day. We also had schnitzel, pork, soup, spaetzle, and a dumpling (knodle). The cakes are classic and delicious too! I should have gotten a to-go box, but we ate it all!Good portions. This place brought me back to my first day in Germany where I met my wife. The food and atmosphere is soauthentic! I even got to practice my German while chatting with Heidi. Right when we finished eating, the traffic cleared up.Such a perfect day! ?? Read more

I would recommend Heidi?s to anyone and everyone, including those who aren?t familiar with German food. There is truly not a bad... thing on the menu. Our favorites: sausage platter, stuffed schnitzel and any single one of their specials. We come here everyopportunity we get. It?s family owned and Heidi is an absolute sweetheart and her husband Axel is an extraordinary cook. Supportthis small business - I promise you will not be disappointed. Read more

The food was very good and tasty. My wife really liked her dessert of the apfelkuchle which was better than the black forest... cake. The Jaeger Schnitzel was good but I do prefer the non creamy version of the sauce. The schnitzels were spot on as the redcabbage, green beans and spaetzle. The bread dumpling was a bit different than the baseball sized one I grew up with but tastedvery good. Would definitely come back. Service started out a bit slow but was good overall Read more

First of all, we lived in Germany for 3 years and have been back several times, so our bar is pretty high for what constitutes... authentic/?legit? German food. We were so happy to find that Heidi?s definitely meets and exceeds that high standard. Secondly, we had wonderful service throughout our meal from Lori ? so friendly and attentive. The food was so so tasty. Besidesthe flavorful German beers on tap (especially the Paulaner and Warsteiner), the big pretzel is a ?must get? appetizer ? so goodwith the dark mustard or to dip into some of their yummy goulash soup. For our entrees, we got the jaeger schnitzel, thesausage platter, and the Black Forest Ham schnitzel ?all delicious. And then we split their apple strudel for dessert ? aperfect end to a great meal. Highly recommend visting and enjoying this restaurant for a taste of authentic German food. Read more
