Staff was welcoming and cared about all detail without being intrusive. Very refreshing and clean atmosphere. Window seating... available along bay side. Loved all that we ordered. Lobster tail was fresh and flavorful. Stake was good quality. Would goback for sure! Read more

Our Club (The Estero Newcomers Club) held our monthly Destination Dinner at Charley's Boat House Grill & Wine Bar. Most of us... had never been there and we were very pleased. Michael Stephens, the manager, worked very closely with our Event Coordinatorsto ensure everything would run smoothly and it did. The restaurant was ready and waiting for us when we arrived. They set usup in a private room with a beautiful view. Michael assigned Kelly, a "seasoned" server to handle our party of 21 and she wasamazing. She got all of our orders correct, our checks were accurate and she did it all with a lovely personality and a smile. We definitely intend to return to Charley's Boat House and suggest that anyone reading this pays them a visit. Read more

Host and management was professional and very welcoming. Upon seating, our waitress was in a rush. The food was overpriced for... the portions and quality. I would have rather paid full price anywhere else (the resort we were staying at offered 10% offthere, so we decided to give them a try). Would not recommend. Read more

I used to love this place but this visit was very disappointing. Our waitress forgot to bring bread and then when I asked if we... could have some, she said they were out. Every table around us had it, even the couple that came in and had been seatedafter. It was quite cold in the restaurant, enough to make me uncomfortable and ask for my food to go. The cook brought it outand I took one bite. The photo of the food is what I received, that?s the portion I was given. All 32 noodles right there.Pretty sure it was what the cook had left over and he just added Cajun to it. The waitress finally brought the bill, which hada $7 split plate fee? for a to go entree. That had most likely been reheated. With no bread. If you?re going to be in such ahurry to close the restaurant that you feel it?s acceptable to skimp on food and service, maybe you should rethink fine diningand try something more fitting, like Golden Coral. I?m a server myself, I was planning on tipping very generously for this mealand I?m usually pretty forgiving but this experience was horrible. Had this been my place of employment, I would have beenembarrassed. Read more

For our final night we wanted a nice 'higher priced' dinner. I ordered the surf n turf for $85. Upon being served I was happy... with the presentation. I asked for medium rare on the steak, which to me is 70-80% red, I recieved a steak with 5% at best. Italso tasted like a cheep chuck roast in flavor and texture. The lobster tail was ok, beans good and garlic mash fair. Over allthe meal was compared to the looks of the building, I'll keep driving by next time. Read more

Get there early. There is plenty of table in a waiting area to have a drink at. Seating is nice next to window viewing the bay.... I had the seafood pasta, said it was spicy but it was not. It came with 2 shrimp, 5 small scallops, 3 mussels. Husband hadthe sliders which he said was excellent. Key lime pie was one of the best we had on island. Word of advise for the new malemanager that was training...keep your hand out of your pants!!! It looked like that was his comfort spot. Like resting your handon your hip, he tucked his fingers in his pants just under his belt. Does not look very sanitary. Read more

Make sure you hit happy hour. Drinks are smaller but much better value! Sat at bar, had great service and fabulous food! ... Would definitely return. Plan for dressing a little less casual to fit in. Read more

Perfectly cooked scallops (which were fabulously fresh), well seasoned shrimp and the fingerling potatoes were a welcome treat. ... First time in, liked that it was mask optional. Read more
