I have eaten here occasionally for the past 2 years and it was always good. But the last 3 times I have eaten here since August... of 2022. it has been very tough chicken, and dried up toast that taste like cardboard. The food was awful today, just awful. Thechicken is not juicy, it'd dried up, and overcooked. The time before which was 2 weeks ago, the chicken was slimy as inundercooked and I got a terrible stomach ache. DON'T EAT AT THIS LOCATION. I am not the type of person to leave reviews on Google ever but I just went to this Zaxby's at 10:15 P.M. thinking it was open... until 11 P.M. as the website says. I pull up to the drive thru and sit there for a solid minute saying hello and waiting for aresponse. Ultimately didn't hear anyone, so I went to leave thinking they were closed and passed by the drive thru window to see4-5 guys in there talking doing nothing smiling and giggling. So I go back around thinking maybe now that they saw me, theywould take my order. Go back around and say hello patiently waiting for a response, say it again and I hear them go on the micand start laughing on the other side. The worst Zaxbys I have ever been to. They close an hour early and the girl with the long red hair is rude every single time I?m... there. I pulled up at the window and none of them even came to tell me they close early. The red haired girl gave me a weirdlook and motioned me to wait a second and never came back and another worker came up and locked the window while the managerjust stood there and rolled her eyes. The red haired girl stared at me as I was pulling away and followed my car around staringout the window. An overall bad experience which is a shame because they have great food and open later than most places aroundhere.
