We got to the location in Edison mall in Fort Myers door was locked at 6:25 website says they close at 7. Girl inside signaled... that they?re closed. Strange. I called on the phone she picked up and hung up twice. I wouldn?t return there. Read more
Amazing service! And kind and considerate workers.
Rude manager, if you want to try more than 2 flavors they immediately become rude and may or may not give you another sample... cup. Manager states its due to theft in which I told him I wasnt wanting to steal anything simply make sure that I would liketheir version of Cookies and Creme at which point he hesitated in allowing me try a third flavor. Save yourself the humiliationand go to Menchies where they leave the sample cups available to all. Of course I am sure that some people take advantage buteveryone shouldn't be treated as if they are attempting to steal. Deal with the individuals on a case by case basis. Read more
