the female employee in the drive through with braids & glasses should not be working window. I was unaware they didn?t carry... Apple Pay & she thought it was okay to say ?well maybe you should be more responsible and carry your card? well maybe you shouldput a sign at the drive through & consider working in the back where someone more polite can work up front. One of the worst experiences I?ve ever had with a fast food restaurant. Waited in line for at least a half an hour. Got up there... and they had no idea what our order was and said everything was ?messed up.? The service was horrendous. The woman working thedrive through was miserable and unapologetic. How on earth does a restaurant completely run out of salt? No shortages on salt right now. GM needs to learn how to order... properly. And if you are out of something like salt, when there is a supermarket in the parking lot behind you, and you have adozen other restaurants near you, it shows how lazy you are. Read more
When they first opened the food was great now they skimp and the service is horrible. I rarely go and get someone pleasant over... the drive thru. I never in my entire life have been asked ?is that it? so many times. When you take orders for a fast foodplace you should be much more inviting instead of rude. The quality of food is represented in the poor attitudes as well. Whowants baconator fries with three half pieces of bacon and some cheese thrown on a very small amount of fries. Placed a mobile order for window pickup. They failed to provide a receipt so this review is public instead of internal. I... ordered two sandwiches with bacon. There was a half piece of undercooked (ie: raw) bacon on each sandwich. Wendy's bacon slicesare half slices, so this was a quarter slice of bacon on each sandwich (for a $1.40 extra). I also ordered a plain baked potatoand received chopped up and shaped into a flower potato pieces. Worst service I have ever had at a restaurant. Order taker was rude and they did not get the order right...charged me for 2... large fries and only put 1 order in the bag plus they were cold and soggy. Go anywhere else and you won't miss a thing! Read more
