Had lunch at the Six Mile Cypress location on Wednesday. Very impressed with the cleanliness, and staff was very pleasant and... efficient. Counter order went well, another staff member provided the extra condiments cheerfully, and another gal, who perhapswas overseeing the cooking, made eye contact and smiled. Everyone seemed genuinely pleasant and had good attitudes, which youdon't find often in fast food restaurants. Would definitely visit here again! Read more
Went after my boys basketball game and had them scan my rewards to I could redeem my spicy chicken. They scanned it then no... money came off. I informed them that I just used points and that it should come off, they said sorry and they couldn?t doanything about it. I wasn?t about to loose my points so I talked with the manager, I didn?t catch his name because he didn?twear a name tag but he was very rude so I asked for his manager and he said he is the manager, so I asked for the owner and hewouldn?t give me their contact info. I am from the home of Wendy?s , Columbus Ohio and worked at the very first Wendy?s ever in Ohio (2016), and ever since I moved... to Florida a year ago (2021) the Wendy?s here SUCK! and are nothing like back home, people are rude , the food is cold and soggyand the lines are ridiculously long ? until.. I went to this Wendy?s .. I ordered the $5 biggie bag with baconator fries , andsoon as I gave the cashier my $ the food was already done and sitting in my face , for the first time ever since I moved toFlorida my fries have never been so hot I couldn?t even grab one that?s how fresh it was the food was outstanding fresh anddelicious , management here are super friendly and spoke to me and asked how my day was when I walked in, place is nicely puttogether and clean and I bet they pass corporate inspections with flying colors , anyways .. love this spot and I do recommendanyone who wants the traditional Wendy?s experience paired with good food , this is an amazing location .. reminds me of home <3was having a bad day too ? this just made that change .
