Customer service is lacking at this location! To make a long story short, we got charged for a 10 piece nugget after mentioning... our coupon for free nuggets at the drive through speaker, and at the window. The manager over heard the discussion and proceededto walk away and send someone else to assist us, on what we thought was making an adjustment on our receipt. To our surprise thelady came over and proceeded to say ?This is ultimately a business trying to make money?. She handed us our food and sent us onour way, refusing to make an adjustment. Thankfully the lovely lady who answered the phone, when we called Corporate apologizedon their behalf and was more than wiling to make the adjustment for us. Our experience was honestly disappointing and verydistasteful. I suggest you save yourself the hassle and go to a different location, one with fresher food and better customerservice! Read more
Stopped to grab quick bite. The drive thought is only open. Not enough workers to open dining room, even during the day. 2... Chrispy Chicken sandwiches and med. Coke, $5.08. Not bad. Read more

Very pleasant employees! I had the cashier pick a drink for my combo and she nailed it! Best wendys in the area! Dont go to... estero or Bonita unless you pack a snack cuz ur gonna wait 20 to 30 mins just to order! If ur in Bonita Springs, drive a cplexits to this store on Daniels, youll spend the same amount of time waiting..lol Read more

Told us wait 2 min on nuggets and to pull around front, mind you we are in a big loud 350 dually truck, can't miss us and they... never came out. Had to go in and was told they assumed we left. Asking for crackers for Chilli was painful and when we got tothe window the girl gave us a different total for someone else's order! Ordered 1 large unsweetened tea and one large coke andgot one small coke and one large coke. Asked for cheese on my chili and got a miniscule amount. Poor customer service here anda crew that has not been trained properly. Avoid this Wendy's! Read more
The main issues I have with this place is the consistency. The food is exactly what you would expect from a Wendy's, but some... times you go there and it's cash only, or the house on the door days they should be open, but they aren't. And it happens quitefrequently. Read more
