I went through Wendy?s this evening during their business hours, I sat at the drive thru speaker for a few minutes and said... hello multiple times, and finally after no answer I drove to the window thinking the speaker was broke. I was greeted by theworker who informed me she was on her break and couldn?t take orders, I asked her if there was anyone else and she said she wason her break. I asked to clarify that she wasn?t going to serve us, she confirmed. I left and went somewhere else, but itshocked me, we were going to place a large order and they lost the business. Read more
Looked on line, Google showed your hours Open till 9pm on Tuesday. Got here at 8:00 and lobby was closed. Got in drive thru, 6... cars between us and window, took us 35 minutes to get through. My little one only wanted a peppermint frosty and took forever!Won't be back here again. Read more
I went inside, because drive thru was super long? after placing order, cashier was helping get drive thru orders out & didn?t... care about the orders placed inside. I ordered a chili and a sw Avacodo chicken salad. When I got outside, 20 minutes later..theperson I was behind at drive thru was way gone! And SW avocado salad had NO AVOCADO! This is by far the worst fast food restaurant. I?ve never had horrible customer service like this at other Wendy?s. Corporate... needs to get better management so they can have a decent team. One manager or employee looked high or loaded on something andthe other employee that was serving me just has the worst customer service that carried ignorance and attitude. This has beengoing on for at least a year and it?s unacceptable. This was my first time going back to this location after 6 months or so andnothing has happened with their management. I do hope corporate gets involved. Hopefully corporate isn?t the same as the peopleworking at this location. Read more
Young man on counter was great however it takes more than one person. Manager on cook line on her phone. Customer food sitting... in window over 10 minutes. Drive thru customers coming in lobby to get the messed up orders fixed. Fry cook eating french fryout of staging bins. What is wrong with you people. Shut this location down and start over. Only gave a 1 as the food was not bad, the rest of the place FILTHY......Manager asked me how my visit was and I told him... honestly "I'd get someone to clean" his reply......they were to under staffed. I'd think the cleanliness would be the priority. Read more
The service is beyond slow and they serve the burgers dry and cold. They took 6 minutes just to take my order with no one... standing in front of me. I could get that place running better with people that cared. It looked like a group of half deadzombies working there I'll go to the McDonald's across the street more at least they work well. This place sets a new low on the disgusting meter. The floors had not seen a good scrubbing with soap in ages as they had a... slick greasy coating unsafe to walk on. Women?s room was not only unclean but was obviously in need of plumbing repair. Flies -both dead and alive - were everywhere. Tables were filthy on top and underneath - my 3 year old granddaughter found gumunderneath and after running her hand along the side of the table came up with a handful of ketchup. If the health departmentdid an inspection, this place would definitely be shut down!! Read more
