Messy parking lot, the pump receipt printers do not print out our receipts, and the last 2 times I informed the manager of the... printers not working, he said "it's because some other employee loaded the paper backwards." On ALL pumps????? What sets Wawaaside from the rest other than ethanol free gas is professionalism and cleanliness. What happened? Read more
These poor employees. I went last night and the line was manageable and they were doing a great job directing traffic. Wawa even... had a semi giving out free ice. That?s badass. Sadly, the line of customers, people were not so nice! Wawa, 5 stars for you!Thank your employees for being there too. I hope everyone gives credit to those who show up. Read more
These ppl are the real Champs of hurricane Ian. They by FAR have the most efficient system to get gas and have been managing... the line so well. They're firm but kind and kept the line flowing. They need to be brought in to train the government. Thankyou to the employees coming in and working when I'm sure you'd rather be with your family after this disaster. Great job! Read more
We're a few days post Hurricane Ian. Getting fuel is still incredibly hard. Most stations are out when you drive by them. The... ones that have gas have outrageously long lines. And the chaos of those lines... There's nothing to be done about the first two,but Wawa at SR 82 and Colonial Blvd made sure the process was orderly and efficient. With all of the stress of the past week,knowing that getting that gas that I desperately needed wasn't going to be another one was truly a gift. Thank you. Read more
We went here during the gas crisis post Ian. Their service and dedication is top notch. They had an incoming traffic line... monitored and organized. They assigned pumps after each car left and they regulated the store. They also were gracious enough togive each car two bags of ice. Service well above and beyond. Unrolled my sandwich and the paper was jammed into the middle of the sandwich and it looks like someone smashed it while rolling... it up? I?m genuinely disappointed in how WaWa employees seem to ruin customers experiences with their apathy and poor workethic. Read more
Come here regularly after a very late night at work and can always pick up last minute needs, people are always super friendly... and helpful and the food is honestly not as bad as you would think we actually love it !! Usually have a great variety, doessuck when they are closed in the food area..lol but overall a life saver weekly!! Read more
Past 3 times i've been here the beer cooler is locked. First time I was able to get an associate to help me. Last two times I... couldn't find an associate and ended up leaving the store without making a purchase. Maybe the cooler shouldn't be locked duringdaylight hours. Probably not returning to this location. Read more
