I haven?t had any issues and have been there several times. The one time we sat inside to eat the tables were dirty, but I... cleaned it myself. The bathroom was clean when I used it. This is my favorite Tropical Smoothie in the area. Staff is always friendly and greets you walking in the door, and the food is... always fresh and well made. I particularly like how well the wraps are made here, always full, well contained, and delicious(other locations just can?t seem to do it as well as here). Read more

Josh Raina, Angie and Damien, have treated my wife and I so good on our two week vacation in Fort Myers. We have come to... tropical smoothie nearly every day. They remember us by name. They are very fast with delivery of everything we order. They havebeen very suggestive. My wife and I are kind of set in our regular same smoothies. They have suggested new ones that we are nowswitching to just to try something different and they are wonderful. I wish we lived here. We would come here all the time. ***Most honest & experienced review*** Been ordering here for a year now just because it?s really near to where my family and I... live. 8 times out of 10 they will get your order wrong. I always triple check my order but this time someone else was picking upfor me. I?m not a picky person on what I eat so it takes a lot for me to leave a review. Glad I?m not the only one on hereleaving a review that the smoothies are too watery even if you pick up your order. Hate to be that person to ask them to makesure the smoothie isn?t watery and triple check your orders. Otherwise, I?d give them 5 stars. Read more
I used to really enjoy this location but recently their smoothies have been watery and their service is spotty.I ordered... curbside through the app because my handicapped husband was picking up the order. More than 15 minutes after his arrival Iattempted to call the store multiple times and each time it went to a full mailbox. He finally had to go in to get assistanceand taking the order to the car. When he arrived home and I took the lids off, the salads they were pretty skimpy. We've hadthis issue off and on for the last couple of months at this location. Other locations are very generous with their portions. Andthe bananas were very overripe and bruised. Though this location is close to our house I will be using another location untilthese problems are resolved. Read more
