Our experience was great! From the mommy we walked in to the time we got our food!!!! Our kids are now wishing we had one of... these locations in St.Louis!! If I could give a rate below zero I would. Called to tell these "employees " that my pizza was burnt (via picture) they said... they didn't believe me and I had to bring it back. Awful costumer service. Pizza tastes like box pizza, even when it's notburnt. Said employee hung up on me. The professionalism is super low.
