A great experience at this semi-private course. Guests need to be sponsored by a member. Guest Fee in February was $110 and... worth it. Nice layout with decent turf. Greens were recently punched and sanded, so really not fair to count the greens against them,... hopefully they'll be nice in a few weeks. Friendly staff and a good value. Read more

Lovely course, very adaptable to all skill levels. Lots of water...

Beautiful course. Impressive conditions & amenities (great food in the restaurant). However, the foursome of members behind us... pushed us continually and called the rangers to reprimand us twice even though we were on pace. We finished 9 holes in 2 hrsand18 holes in less than 4 hrs. These club members should be ashamed of themselves and course mgmt. should defend guests who areplaying on pace. Members who harass guests should be reprimanded for depreciating the value of club membership. Who wants toinvest in a club membership where your fellow members push their weight around to belittle staff and intimidate guests? ThePlantation has a very nice golf course but has a disappointing golf "club". There are too many other country clubs in SWFL thathave a nice golf course as well as polite, gracious members. We will not return to The Plantation. Read more

Nice conditions and layout. Seems quite spread out. Certainly wouldn't want to walk it. Nice elec carts. Staff friendly. Country... club feel. Pace of play under 4 hrs. Range to warm up before round as well. I will be back. Read more
