Reviews for The Lodge in Fort Myers, FL
Great place in downtown Ft. Myers. This was my first visit to this restaurant. I am not a big fan of bbq but I decided to give... it a try.. something diff. Sky our server was nice and attentive. I didn?t like the first drink I tried but the other one wasamazing. The price was very reasonable and you definitely got a buzz from just one drink. I?m very picky with my food and Itried to stay safe and had the burger but as you can see from the pic it wasn?t as attractive as the other 2 dishes. The chickenMac and cheese was good and the pull pork nacho. The burger was good but if I do stop by again I would diff try some of theother dishes. Read more
I was actually quite impressed by this place. Fried pickles and fish are quite easy to do wrong in a restaurant, but the quality... here was high. The pickles were crisp and smoothly battered and the salmon was well grilled and the BBQ sauce was a good match. The service was very nice as well. Overall a good time. Read more
We discovered an amazing BBQ restaurant in downtown Ft Myers. The downtown area is packed with great restaurants, boutique... stores, bars, and other great little small businesses. The Lodge has an amazing array of draft and bottle beers, cocktails, andwine. The also have a "Wall of Taps"...you get a bracelet that you touch to a sensor, select your beer, and fill your glass witha wee tasting or a full mug. Happy hour buy one-get-one and steins come with a free basket of pork rinds! We could smell thesmoke as we walked in. Great BBQ joint with a lot of classic favorites: brisket, pulled pork, burnt ends, turkey.....and thesides to make the meal complete. Sandwiches and platters, pick one, pick two, and the pick three!!! Four signature house saucesavailable. Great desert menu if you have any real estate left after dinner. Friendly staff, great service, great decor andoutdoor dining. Read more

Amber was the friendliest bartender I have ever met. Her positive energy was infectious. All the staff was happy to be at work.... The outside seating area is excellent for people watching on First Street. The bathrooms were spotless. The best place to parkis the parking deck which is two blocks behind the restaurant. Parking is free on Sunday if you find an available spot on thestreet. I had the two meat combo with smoked turkey, which was delicious, and the pulled pork. The pulled pork was wet and notmy favorite because I am from North Carolina and highly critical of barbecue. But it had a good flavor?my sides or mac & cheesean apple coleslaw which I enjoyed. I enjoyed the bourbon barbecue sauce that?s on the table. They had three other choices. Theyprobably have close to 50 TVs which allows you to watch any of the football games during football season. Great place icon the main drag in Ft. Myers. I ordered the Mac and cheese with pork belly, pork and brisket. It was very good.... The cornbread was amazing. It wasn?t the usual dry, gritty cornbread that most places have. It was light, moist and delicious. Read more
