Stopped in 2 days before Thanksgiving to purchase a LARGE Honey Baked Ham as we do 4-5 times a year and have done for many, many... years. Long line which was expected, but when I got to the checkout and requested a LARGE ham, one of the biggest they had (aswe have always done), I was informed that I could not purchase a LARGE ham unless I had RESERVED it beforehand. I explainedthat we had never had to do this in the past and she said we had to have a reservation for a LARGE ham to get one. Rather thanbuy two hams, we ended up purchasing a smaller ham that barely served our needs...if that. Not a good experience this go-roundand not a happy customer. Read more

Wonderful ham. Not so good to eat a sandwich there. Very noisy, dry boring sandwiches. No fountain drinks. I took a ham home and... I'm having gourmet sandwiches on pumpernickel with LTM. Best ham around! Read more

I went in to get roasted turkey breast and all they had was smoked turkey. I am not a fan of smoked. The lady that worked there... was kind and told me to come during the week when they are busiest to get roast turkey. Read more

I went to the HoneyBaked Ham store to pick up my order it was super crowded. The lines were confusing because one was for... prepaid orders and one was for everybody else. I stood in the wrong line for a while before I figured out I was in the wrongline. There are Lane dividers which help you get through the line but there's no way to get out without walking back through theline. The place needs a better organizational plan especially at the time of year where everyone wants their holiday hams. Asfor the food itself, it is always delicious. Read more

After a 30 minute drive and waiting in a line out the door onto the sidewalk I showed the clerk my reservation only to have her... chuckle and say we haven't had turkey for over 4 hours. Would you like to purchase a ham? No, I can't eat ham. 7:00PM thenight before Thanksgiving and I find out I have no turkey. Do I get any effort to make things right? Not even an apology,nothing but a bad attitude from a shop girl for having the audacity to expect them to have the product I reserved. I get thatstuff happens but the bad attitude was not necessary. Maybe make some calls or put up a sign instead of hoping people will bedesperate enough to buy a ham since you don't have what they ordered. Read more

Service was quicker than expected. Little pricey but so worth it. I even used a $5.00 coupon through our local coupon flyer.... Staff was quick and polite. Love the samples! Read more

This is a great place to get food for holiday gatherings or any large gathering. All the food is excellent. I have never been... disappointed in 30 years. Also terrific place to pick up something when you need to bring food to someone else's party! Superconvenient and delicious. Read more
