This lobster roll was like nothing I?ve ever had before , and I grew up in lobster! David truly loves making his food a... masterpiece and puts care and art into everything he makes. Anyone who likes lobster needs to go to the GREAT FOODINI inCelebration Park. David is a chef who loves making people happy, from his delicious food to the live screen of Times Square NewYork. Family members told us about this park in Naples that had these permanent food trucks and a bar/view of the water - that alone... would have been reason to go out of the way to visit this spot. Then we heard about this food truck that is a mobile 5 starrestaurant that uses the best ingredients, prepared by an expert chef. I dont say this lightly; it was the best lobster rollwe've ever had AND I've spent summers in Maine and CT. We also ordered the Cuban sandwich and that too was the best Cuban wehave ever had. The meat was smoked beautifully and the bread ratio was perfect and crunchy on the outside with all the rightflavors. I cannot recommend this place enough and will be swinging by again on our way back to Ft. MYERS airport. Read more
Hot Lobster Roll was delicious, one of the best I?ve had. Although a bit pricey, well worth it for a special treat. You can tell... the chef prepares each order with great care and attention. The salmon was stuffed with crab meat then perfectly seared & cooked to a medium temperature. Served over a bed of wilted greens... with roasted garlic, remoulade & chimichurri sauces. This humble and talented chef was concerned about the way my "to go" orderwould travel but he didn't need to worry; I only got as far as my car before being completely tantalized by the wonderful aroma.I got in, started the engine, turned the dial to B.B.King's Blues channel and proceeded to enjoy one of the best salmon dishesthat I've ever had. Google map brought us to the middle of a residential road. Wish there?s instructions on how to find the food truck. We called... the number on photos of the truck posted by others but no one picked up. I?d realllly love to try the lobster rolls. It looksgood but just not our luck at finding the place. :/ Read more
