I ordered take out. Ramen noodles and pad Thai. The ramen was good, not great, could have used more flavor, but it was... definitely good. Pad Thai with tofu was flavorful yet lacked the bamboo shoots and chives that have accompanied it at otherrestaurants. I may try to eat in next time and see if that makes a difference. Read more

Wow! I?ve been to University Village for other restaurants there and Thai Udon Cafe always caught my eye, so now that I have... finally tried them I can say that I am so happy we decided to go here for dinner! I ordered a bowl of the Japanese Ramen Noodlesand being a ramen lover and having made the dish myself a few times, I was so happy with how this came out! It wasn?t too saltyand it had just the right amount of flavor. There were so many vegetables which I loved about the dish even more. The shrimp wasa perfect amount and it was served nearly boiling hot which is perfect for ramen from a personal standpoint. The atmosphere wasvery welcoming and clean. A nice Thai spot in University Village. The service was great and the environment was a good volume, not too loud. I ordered Ramen (soup) with beef through Door Dash delivery. I must say, I was disappointed. It was decent soup and the... quality is good but it was not what you would expect when you pay $19 for ramen. The broth was pretty plain and clear. Iappreciated the vegetables but except for a half egg (which was almost fully cooked) the typical toppings were missing. I wouldstill like to try other dishes but if you are looking for authentic tonkatsu broth this restaurant is not for you. In addition,the cost is too high for this okay noodle soup. Read more

Walked by this Thai cafe several times and seen the beautiful dishes and had to try it. It did not disappoint. The hostess... pleasantly greeted us and had us seated right away. They have indoor/outdoor seating. The waiter was super friendly and funny!He was a delight and made our day! He showed us their great lunch specials and gave us perfect suggestions for our threedifferent likes. The plating was beautiful. I ordered the eggplant dish with chicken served with a spring roll and thai chickensoup. My friends ordered the vegetable mix in garlic sauce with chicken, and the steamed vegetables with steamed tofu. All weredelicious! This will be a new Thai place to visit often.
