Went twice in the past 2 weeks. Both times we didn't get the burritos ordered, and when I told her the drinks were incorrect... the lady working exclaimed that we were taking up her time, and she replaced it still with a wrong drink. Is this the taco bellor Ft. Myer standard. Read more
Just went through drive thru, but usually this specific Taco bell is out of everything and has super lazy employees and the food... is always bad or made wrong from mine and my husband's experience. But they have definitely upgraded for sure because the meal Igot was one of the best I've had from any Taco bell so far and every was perfect not one mistake and was fast service as well aspolite customer service. My wife and I just had a very very delightful experience in this Taco Bell tonight. After getting off from A Hard Day's Work my... wife and I were very hungry so we decided to pull in here and are we so happy that we did. Even though it was very late at nightwe were immediately greeted as we pulled into the drive-thru. James welcomed us and answered all the questions we had on themenu due to the fact that we have very stringent diets. As we went to the window to pay James was extremely friendly andpleasant to deal with he double checked our order to make sure it was correct and was just a breath of fresh air to deal with.In this day and age its very very rare to see a young man working full-time and just as pleasant as he can be. James my wifeand I will definitely be back to patronize your Taco Bell again thanks for the wonderful service! Read more
We almost never give negative reviews. But the steak ???? quesadilla was pathetic. Main problem: no steak $6.00 for warm... tortilla with a sprinkle of melted cheese and fragments of possible steak. The pictures that Taco Bell ???? ???? are usingonline are a false representation of actual product from a long shot. The manager really should consider retraining the properway to make a quesadilla. Worker tells me someone has already... picked up my order, and it's up to management whether it can be remade for free, or I'd have to contact my bank and get arefund. I was told the latter.
