Can someone from management please tell me what is wrong with this location. Closing hours never consistent. Can never go... inside. I wait over 30 mins in drive thru everytime with only couple cars ahead of me. I get food and stuff is missing or nosauce even though I ask twice. Just so weird and worst experience for a Taco Bell. Dude. Ordered 3 taco Supreme meal with a baha blast. Got to the window and the gurl was super nice. I drove off and realized all... that was on the tacos were cheese and meat. Went back around and asked her to fix the order. She did politely. Drove off andAGAIN realized they didn't put tomatoes or sour cream! I paid almost 10 bucks for THIS! WENT around a 3rd time and finally gotthe right order! 3 tacos Supreme and a baha blast isn't a hard order to complete! Read more
My cashier, Cecilia R, from Colombia, was very patient with me when I was practicing my Spanish. She didn't seem frustrated or... hurried to get to the next customer. She also made sure she understood my order and offered sauce and provided extra napkins. I know restaurants are struggling with labor resources and the people who are willing to work during these times are puttingextra to fill the gap of staffing shortages. Despite these stresses Cecilia and the others at this Taco Bell are great examplesof American resilience and diversity. My cheesy rice and beans burrito was also amazing as pictured. Also... I was in town without a car. Walked half a mile to get Taco Bell. This is what I found in the door, unfortunately the van for my... flight was leaving shortly and I only had enough time to walk to Taco Bell. Had I known It was dine in only I could have washedthrough a different restaurant and gotten dinner. Thank you Taco Bell for wasting my time. Read more
Drive thru closed due to lack of staff, have to go inside and use terminal to order. Lines of people waiting for food. One... order out in 7 minutes... hope they get some help soon. Restaurant about 60 degrees inside also. Read more
